Getting started in Teams
Use Brev in Microsoft Teams: your admin adds the Brev app, you connect your Teams coworker from your settings, and Brev messages you in a 1:1 chat.

Brev works in Microsoft Teams the way it works in Slack: you message it in a 1:1 chat, and it sends you check-ins, recaps and your coworker's messages there.
Set it up #
- Your admin adds Brev to TeamsA Microsoft Teams admin uploads the Brev app for your organization, and an Org Admin connects Teams on the Integrations page. See Install Brev in Microsoft Teams (admin guide).
- Connect your Teams coworkerIn AI coworkers, choose Connect Teams on the Teams row.
- Say hello in TeamsBrev's welcome arrives in your 1:1 chat with Brev, usually within a minute. Ask it anything there.
To have Brev answer in a channel, a team owner adds the Brev app to that team, and you @mention Brev in the channel. If your Teams account is not linked to a Brev member yet, Brev replies with how to link it.
For what Brev does in Teams after that, see Chat & notifications.
