Operator prompts that follow the page, and reports that count your own team

The Operator now suggests what to ask based on where you open it, and usage reports count only the people from your company.

Released Oct 28, 2026 · v5.18.20 · Shared by Founding Team

Improved

  • The Operator's starter prompts follow the page you open it from, and lead with what that page shows.
  • Usage and adoption reports count only members whose email matches your company's domains, so support staff added to your workspace don't inflate the numbers.
  • A goal's tags now show in its properties bar.
  • Check-in values are easier to enter: a malformed number or one that is too long gets a quiet notice and never blocks adding the check-in.

Fixed

  • A deleted meeting could still show in a cadence's timeline and open an "Event not found" page.
  • Dragging a PNG into an artifact could be blocked as suspicious content.
  • On large calendars, one unmatched event could stop the whole calendar from syncing.
  • A goal's progress chart could start its actual line before the goal existed, and milestones outside the goal's dates skewed the expected line.
  • Hiding comments on an older check-in left its reply box open.
