Let the Operator handle suggested actions, and a goal menu that fits

The Operator can now keep or dismiss the actions Brev suggests for you, and the goal menu groups its actions so everything fits on screen.

Released Oct 29, 2026 · v5.18.21 · Shared by Founding Team

New

  • Let the Operator handle suggested actions. Ask the Operator to keep or dismiss the actions Brev suggested, and it does it right there, instead of sending you to My actions to finish the job.

Improved

  • The goal menu groups its actions and fits on a laptop screen, with Set up auto update near the top, Clone in place of Duplicate, and child goal suggestions from the Operator.
  • On a person's page, the Operator answers about that person instead of asking who you mean.
  • Brev Support staff in your workspace show with a badge in Online and Pulse, so you always know who they are.
  • Workspaces that connect Slack get the Create Brev action shortcut on messages.
  • Terminology settings show each goal type's name and ID prefix on one row.
  • Action titles use the full row and match the text size on goals, and long goal titles, connection names and check-in headers wrap or fit instead of being cut off.

Fixed

  • A goal you had just created could not be dragged into place right away.
  • Help and Docs pages could stop scrolling.
