Onboarding flow

What happens the first time you (and your teammates) sign in.

  • About you (step 1 of onboarding)

The first onboarding step. Tell Brev your name, job title, and field so it can tailor what you see when you arrive.

  • Role step (legacy link)

If you have an old bookmark to /onboarding/role, Brev sends you to onboarding where you left off. Your field is now picked on the 'About you' step.

  • Your company (onboarding)

Tell Brev (or confirm) your company name, industry, and a short description. If you arrived via an invitation, these are already filled in for you.

  • Connect Your Calendar (onboarding step 3)

Connect Google Calendar (or Outlook) so the AI meeting agent can join your recurring meetings and produce notes.

  • All set! (the end of onboarding)

Where onboarding ends and your first guided session with the Operator begins.

  • Add Brev Coworker (onboarding)

Onboarding includes an optional step, right after the calendar step, where you add Brev to Slack or Microsoft Teams so it can work alongside your team where you already talk.
