Integrations

Calendars, chat, data, meeting notes and other apps Brev syncs with: connect, edit, reconnect or remove them from one grid.

core
Integrations grid with connected apps (Asana, BigQuery, Campfire, Excel, Google Drive, Hubspot, Jira) and per-card actions.
Reached from the Settings sidebar
Open Settings from the main sidebar. The Settings page has its own left rail and Integrations sits in the Personal group, available to every user. For finding your way around Settings, see Getting around Settings.

Subtitle: 'Automate your goals by syncing Brev with the tools your teams use daily.' The 'Search the integration' box filters the cards. Cards are grouped into sections: Connected (only when something is connected), Essentials, then Data, Context and HRIS. A section with nothing in it is not shown. Within a section, cards you can connect come first, in alphabetical order, followed by the ones not available yet.

What each card shows #

  • Logo, name and a short description.
  • Not connected: a Connect button, or Request access for an integration that is not available yet (it records your interest, like the Features pages).
  • Connected: a green check and when it was connected (e.g. 'Connected 21 days ago'). If you have several accounts on one card, a picker chooses which one the buttons act on.
  • Data and Communication cards: a reconnect icon ('Reconnect integration') and Disconnect.
  • Context cards (Google Drive, Granola, Notion Meeting Notes, Roam): Edit, the reconnect icon and a trash icon.
  • Meeting Agent: Go to settings.
  • Disconnect and the trash icon both ask you to confirm first.

What you can connect #

  • Essentials: Meeting Agent, whose Connect asks you to pick Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar and, once connected, offers 'Go to settings' to open Meeting agent settings, and the Slack App.
  • Data: Asana, BigQuery, Campfire, Excel Online, Google Sheets, Hubspot, Jira, Linear, PowerBI, Salesforce, Sigma and Snowflake. Amplitude, ClickUp, GitHub, GitLab, Looker, Metabase, monday.com, PostHog, Tableau, Zapier and Zendesk are listed with Request access.
  • Context: Google Drive, Granola, Notion Meeting Notes and Roam. Box, Coda, Dropbox, Gong and Zoom are listed with Request access.
  • HRIS: ADP, Bamboo HR, Rippling and Workday, all with Request access for now.

Warning triangles matter #

A warning triangle on a card means the connection has stopped working (an error, or the connection was turned off) and Brev is not syncing from it. Hover the triangle for the reason, or 'This connection has a problem. Try reconnecting it, or check that the Brev app is still installed on your provider.' The card then offers Reconnect, which takes you back through the provider's sign-in (or asks for a new token, for integrations that use one), and a trash icon to remove the connection instead. If the Brev app was never installed on your provider, the card offers to install it first.

Whose connection is it?
Most connections belong to the person who made them: only you can edit or remove yours. The Slack App and Microsoft Teams are different: there is one per organization, Brev reaches every member through it, and any org admin can manage or remove it. An org admin can also turn on reading Teams channels on the Microsoft Teams card, where it is available (see Read Teams channels on the Chat & notifications page). Single sign-on and directory sync are not on this page; admins of organizations that have them find them under Settings → Security → Identity & access.
PreviousProduct settingsThe org-wide admin pages spread across Workspace, Goals, Features and AI & agents: planning rhythm and time periods, workspace tags, check-in reminders, digests and briefs, action reminders, the AI capabilities, terminology, roll-up logic, advanced goal features, Artifacts, and the Features pages you can request.
NextMember settingsAll members: invite people (optionally onto a team, even a brand-new one), resend invitations, change org roles and status, and manage each member's job title and teams. Admins and owners only.
