Integrations

Which integrations are connected and by whom: sortable by total connection count.

Usage > Integrations listing each connected integration, who connected it and the total.

Page title: Integrations. Subtitle: 'View connected integrations and which members have connected them.' A simple table, no health-check column today.

Columns #

  • Integration: logo + name. Only integrations with an active connection are listed; with none, the table reads No integrations connected.
  • Connected Members: one member who connected it, plus a '+N' badge for the rest. Hover the cell to see everyone.
  • Total: total connection count. The list starts sorted by Total, highest first; click Integration or Total to re-sort.

How to use it #

Spot integrations with low adoption. If only one or two people have connected something obviously useful (Slack, calendar, your CRM), it usually means people don't know the value. A short Loom or a Slack post from leadership reliably moves the number. Health-check + reconnect lives on each person's Integrations page.

Integrations under 50% adoption are usually the highest-ROI place to invest a single team broadcast.

Who can see it #

Org admins and owners (see Roles & permissions). Reach it from the Usage row of the app sidebar, then the Integrations tab. Everyone else doesn't see that row, direct links return a not-found page, and the underlying data endpoints reject them.

Usage is also a paid module. If your workspace hasn't been turned on for it yet, an admin opening Usage sees the page with its content dimmed behind a card reading See how Brev gets used. Request access opens a short form; sending it notifies the Brev team, and the button then reads Feature requested. Until access is granted the tabs, sorting and filters don't respond.
