Notion Meeting Notes

Connect Notion Meeting Notes to automatically import your AI Meeting Notes transcripts into Brev, where they become recaps, chapters, and goal updates.

If you use Notion's AI Meeting Notes to capture your calls, Brev can pull those transcripts in automatically. Once connected, each new meeting note you create in Notion is imported, turned into a structured recap with chapters, and aligned to your goals, the same processing every Brev meeting gets.

What Brev imports #

  • Your AI Meeting Notes transcripts: the full transcript text from each note, plus its title, attendees, and meeting time.
  • Only your own notes: Brev imports the meeting notes belonging to the account you connect, not your whole Notion workspace.

How to connect #

  1. 1
    Open Settings → Integrations
Find the Notion Meeting Notes card and click Connect.
  2. 2
    Authorize in Notion
Notion opens its authorization page. Approve access so Brev can read your AI Meeting Notes, then you'll be redirected back to Brev.
  3. 3
    Brev starts importing
Brev backfills your recent meeting notes and keeps importing new ones on its own. Imported meetings appear alongside your other Brev meetings, with recaps and goal alignment.
Per-person connection
Notion is connected per individual. Each teammate connects their own account, and Brev only ever reads the meeting notes for the account that authorized it.
Requires a Notion plan with AI Meeting Notes
AI Meeting Notes is a paid Notion feature. If your Notion workspace's plan doesn't include it, Brev will still connect, but no notes will sync. Click Edit on the Notion Meeting Notes card in Settings, Integrations and the connection shows an "AI plan required" badge (you'll also see a heads-up right after connecting). Once your workspace upgrades, Brev picks the notes up automatically on the next sync, no need to reconnect.

What Brev does and doesn't see #

  • Read-only. Brev reads your AI Meeting Notes. It never creates, edits, or deletes anything in Notion.
  • Meeting notes only. The integration pulls AI Meeting Notes transcripts; it doesn't crawl your general Notion pages or databases.

How often it syncs #

Brev checks for new meeting notes every 15 minutes, so an imported meeting usually appears within a few minutes of you finishing the note in Notion. When you first connect, Brev backfills meeting notes from roughly the last month.

Who can connect it
Anyone who can manage their own integrations can connect Notion. See Roles & permissions for details.
PreviousDocs & spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, Google Drive)Pull goal values from a Google Sheet or Excel cell, or give Brev's AI context from files you add from Google Drive.
NextGranolaConnect Granola to bring your meeting notes and transcripts into Brev, linked to the matching meetings.
