What Is Meeting Intelligence?
Every week, your team spends hours in meetings. Most of those meetings have no agenda, produce notes nobody reads, and generate action items that never get assigned. Brev's Meeting Intelligence changes that.
The Brev Meeting Agent joins your Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom calls automatically. It knows your goals, your open action items, and your team's priorities. It uses that context to:
Prepare agendas before meetings start, surfaced from your current goals and blockers
Take structured notes during the meeting
Extract action items and tie them directly to goals
Score each meeting on alignment, participation, and outcomes
You get a full meeting record in Brev — no manual note-taking, no follow-ups.
How It Works
1. Connect your calendar
Brev connects to Google Calendar (Microsoft 365 calendar support coming soon). Once connected, the Meeting Agent sees all your scheduled meetings and can join them automatically or on request.
2. The agent joins your call
For Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, Brev joins as a participant — visible to all attendees. It listens, transcribes, and follows the agenda in real time.
3. Pre-meeting agenda generation
Before each meeting, Brev generates a structured agenda based on:
The meeting title and participants
Open goals and KPIs relevant to those participants
Recent check-in updates and blockers
Outstanding action items assigned to attendees
You can review and edit the agenda before the meeting starts.
4. Live note capture
During the meeting, Brev captures a structured transcript and organizes it into topics. It tracks decisions made, issues raised, and commitments given.
5. Post-meeting: actions and scoring
After the meeting ends, Brev delivers:
A clean summary of what was discussed
Action items extracted from the conversation, pre-assigned to the right people
A meeting score (alignment, participation, outcomes)
Updates pushed to relevant goals if progress was discussed
Supported Platforms
Brev's Meeting Agent works with: Google Meet ✔, Microsoft Teams ✔, Zoom ✔
Pro tip: For best results, name your meetings clearly (e.g., "Q2 Goals Review" or "Weekly Business Review"). Brev uses the meeting title to pull relevant goal context for the agenda.
What You'll See
After a meeting, you'll find the full record in Brev under Meeting Intelligence. Each meeting shows:
Date, participants, and duration
Agenda (pre-meeting) vs. what was actually discussed
Action items — with assignees and linked goals
Meeting score breakdown
