Where to customize it
Go to Settings → Product → Meeting Agent.
Agent name
Set the Agent Name to control what participants see when it joins a meeting. By default, it shows up as {Company} Goal Tracker.
Send agent introduction
Turn Send Agent Introduction on or off.
On: the agent posts a short message when it joins.
Off: the agent joins quietly (no intro message).
Introduction message
If introductions are enabled, edit the Introduction Message to match your tone and team norms (up to 1,000 characters). A good intro explains why the agent is there, what it captures (highlights, risks, action items), and where the updates land (Brev and/or Slack).
Auto-join & sharing
In the Meetings panel, open Calendar Meeting Settings to choose your auto-join and share defaults — which meetings the agent joins automatically, and how and where summaries are shared after each call.
Choosing which meetings it joins
Beyond the defaults, you have a per-meeting toggle on every cadence and every individual meeting that controls whether the Meeting Agent is dispatched. Flip it on for the meetings where the work happens, off for the ones it doesn't need to attend.
Note: If the agent isn't set to attend a meeting, you'll see "Brev's Notetaker not scheduled" on that meeting.
How it handles action items
Per meeting, choose how much the agent does with action items:
Approval — the agent drafts action items and you approve them. (Default.)
Agentic — the agent adds action items automatically.
Manual — the agent doesn't create any action items.
Success check: The Meeting Agent joins the right meetings with the name and intro you want, shares summaries where your team expects them, and handles action items the way you've chosen.
