What you get with BigQuery
With BigQuery connected, Brev can use BigQuery as a source of truth for KPI tracking, including:
Connecting BigQuery queries directly to Metrics
Automatically updating metric values as your data changes
Improving AI summaries/insights by grounding them in trusted data
Full visibility of KPI progress inside your goals and KPI Dashboard
Connect BigQuery
Go to Integrations
Find BigQuery and click Connect
Authenticate with Google and approve permissions
Select the correct Google account/project (if prompted)
Connect BigQuery to a Metric Directly
Create a Metric, select Auto-track, and select BigQuery
Authenticate with Google and approve permissions (if prompted)
Choose your BigQuery Project / Dataset
Add your KPI source (typically a query) and define what value Brev should track

Common examples:
Single numeric value (count, sum, average)
Percent metric (conversion rate, retention)
Dollar metric (revenue, pipeline, spend)
Click Save and complete any other fields in the metric dialogue.
Success check: BigQuery shows as Connected in the metric and is appended to the creation dialogue.
Viewing and refreshing your metric
After you save:
You’ll be brought back to your goal view where the metric is created
A BigQuery icon will appear on the metric/goal showing it’s connected
You can hover to see more details, and click to refresh the data
Note: Brev will sync with BigQuery on a regular cadence, but you can always force a refresh.
