What you get with Salesforce
With Salesforce connected, Brev can use Salesforce as a source of truth for KPI tracking, including:
Connecting Salesforce data directly to Brev Metrics (via Auto-track)
Automatically updating metric values as your pipeline and revenue data changes
Improving AI summaries/insights by grounding updates in real CRM data
Full visibility of sales KPIs inside your Goals and KPI Dashboard
Connect Salesforce
Go to Integrations
Find Salesforce and click Connect
Authenticate with Salesforce and approve permissions
Select the correct Salesforce org (if prompted)
Connect Salesforce to a Metric Directly
Create a Metric, select Auto-track, and select Salesforce
Authenticate with Salesforce and approve permissions (if prompted)
Scope into the specific Salesforce report you want to pull data from

You can count rows and columns within Reports in a few ways;
Sum of columns
Record count in the report
Set any filters you need (pipeline, stage, owner, date range, etc.)
Click Save and complete any other fields in the metric dialogue.
Success check: Salesforce shows as Connected in the metric and is appended to the metric creation dialogue.
Viewing and refreshing your metric
After you save:
You’ll be brought back to your goal view where the metric is created
A Salesforce icon will appear on the metric/goal showing it’s connected
You can hover to see more details, and click to refresh the data
Note: Brev will sync with Salesforce on a regular cadence, but you can always force a refresh.
