What counts as usage #

• Meeting agent: transcription minutes and summary tokens.
• Goal insights: tokens per goal per refresh.
• Operator: a set charge for each answer it finishes, on every surface (web, Slack, Teams, the Brev Recorder apps for iOS and Mac, and scheduled tasks). An answer that fails is not charged, and neither is a chart Operator builds for an answer. Operator sets an answer's charge aside as it starts, so it needs at least one answer's charge free, after any answers already running, to start another. Below that, or once the trial ends, it declines new requests until an admin adds credits or turns on overage; several answers at once therefore never take the balance below zero. With overage on, an answer past the balance is billed as overage, up to the monthly overage limit.
