Drag goals into place, and Granola notes in about a minute
Reorder goals and change what they align to by dragging, get Granola meeting notes in Brev almost as soon as they are written, and keep the Observer role strictly view-only.
Released Oct 27, 2026 · v5.18.18 · Shared by Founding Team
New
-
Observers are view-only across Brev. People with the Observer role can no longer create actions, teams or artifacts, edit artifacts, or invite people. Give executives and auditors full visibility without worrying about stray changes.
-
Drag goals to reorder or realign them. In a goal view, drag a goal above or below its neighbours to set the order everyone sees, or drop it on another goal's row to move it under that goal, with Undo if you change your mind. Restructure your goal tree without opening a single dialog.
-
Granola notes arrive in about a minute. When you connect Granola, meetings and later edits reach Brev about a minute after Granola finishes them, instead of on an hourly check. Disconnecting Granola, or deleting your workspace, removes Brev from Granola's webhooks.
The Granola dialog, with the API key field and the Connect button -
Create a goal by describing it to the Operator. Choose Create with Operator under Add new and say what you want, for example "a metric for Q4 ARR from 2M to 3M". The Operator answers with a card that opens the create dialog already filled in, and nothing is saved until you click Create.
-
Set up auto update from any goal. Pick Set up auto update in a goal's menu or its check-in dialog, and the Operator walks you through connecting a data source for that goal. Stop typing the same number in by hand every week.
Improved
- Typing a KPI title like "Achieve $5M in Revenue" fills in the metric name, unit, start and target, and never overwrites a value you typed.
- Objectives can take their percent complete from a connected work tracker or data source, not only from their key results.
- The status badge, check-in slider, progress chart and goal status agree on where a goal should be today, and account for its milestones.
- Goal views have one Save menu: save to this view, or save as a new view.
- Connecting a tool to track a goal is quicker and steadier. The dialog keeps one size, opens straight away when you return from signing in, and the Operator answers faster.
- The Artifacts page loads much faster. Sections with many tiles side by side wrap onto a new row, and your workspace's brand colour applies only to artifact tiles.
- Billing shows AI credits as shares of your plan instead of raw counts and keeps plan and seats apart. The Credits tab says when credits run low, pause, reach their limit, or a payment fails.
- Settings → Members shows each person's invite status, and a bulk invite confirms how many are first invites and how many are reminders.
- Check-in comments and reactions, Pulse and profile Activity update live, without a reload.
- In Slack, the auto-join picker lists channels shared with other companies and shows which channels Brev is already in, and AI coworker conversations are titled from how they start.
- Goals connected to other tools refresh through the working day in Asia-Pacific and US time zones, adjusting for daylight saving.
Fixed
- Key results tracking a HubSpot list counted only the first page of its deals.
- A Slack system notice sent to the AI coworker could disconnect your workspace's Slack app.
- A Pulse thread could show the wrong person as the author of its first comment.
- With a trial or credit banner showing, Settings pages could run past the bottom of the window, and the Ask about pill could cover their last item.
- The Auto-track picker could list a disconnected app as ready to track.
