AI-Generated Artifacts

Build a review-ready document once, and Brev keeps it live. Artifacts assemble your goals, charts, actions, and narrative into a shareable page that's always current.

Good to know: Artifacts live within cadences — each cadence occurrence 'event' has its own Artifact, right alongside its Agenda.

What an Artifact is

An Artifact is a shareable, review-ready page built from your live Brev data. You assemble it from sections — goals, KPI cards, charts, actions, and narrative — and it stays current on its own. Build it yourself, or let Brev generate one for you. Either way, there's no rebuilding the same status doc every cycle and no stale screenshots pasted into slides.

Where Artifacts live

Each cadence occurrence has two tabs: Agenda and Artifact. Open the Artifact tab to create the review document for that meeting. A new one starts as Untitled Artifact — just start typing, or click + to add a section.

The sections you can add

Click the '+' button (“Add a section”) and choose from:

  • Text — written narrative and context in your own words.

  • Goals — a list of goals.

  • Project stack — the projects driving your goals.

  • KPI cards — your key metrics, at a glance.

  • Goal spotlight — put a single goal front and center.

  • Goal alignment — show how goals roll up parent → child.

  • Average progress — aggregate progress across a set of goals.

  • Actions — the open action items in view.

  • Image — drop in a visual.

  • Embed — embed external content.

  • Were constantly adding new sections

When to use an Artifact

  • Business reviews — a WBR, MBR, or QBR rollup that's accurate the moment you open it.

  • Exec or board updates — top goals, their trajectory, and what's at risk, in one page.

  • Team or project snapshots — one objective and everything under it.

  • Any meeting where you are driving an agenda, a plan, or discussing progress.

Why it matters: the rollup you'd normally rebuild every review now builds itself — and never goes out of date between when you make it and when someone reads it.
