What multi-team ownership is
Some goals don't belong to a single team. With multi-team ownership, a goal can belong to — and roll up under — more than one team, so cross-functional work shows up in each team's view instead of being buried under just one.
When to use it
A goal that genuinely spans functions — say, a launch owned by both Product and Marketing.
Work you want visible in more than one team's goals and digests.
How it works
Assign the goal to each team that shares it. It then appears in each team's views and rolls into each team's progress, while staying a single source of truth — one goal, one set of updates.
Multi-team ownership
Both teams have co-ownership over the selected goal.
