Where to manage teams
Go to Settings → Teams. You'll see every active team with its owner, member count, and created date — and teams can be nested under parent teams. Use Create team to add one, or search to find an existing team.
Team actions
From the … menu on any team:
Edit team — rename it or update its details.
Manage members — add or remove people.
Delete team — remove the team.
Inside a team
Open a team to find three tabs:
Members
Use Add member to bring people in, and set each person's Team Role:
Team Member — standard access within the team.
Team Admin — can manage the team and its members.
Hierarchy
See and set where the team sits in your org structure — its parent and any child teams — so goals roll up cleanly.
Memory
Team Memory is what Brev learns about a team over time to generate more relevant goals, KPIs, and suggestions. Review and edit it to keep it accurate, across three fields:
Strategic focus — what the team is really focused on.
How it supports company goals — the team's connection to the bigger picture.
Out of scope — what the team is explicitly not responsible for.
