An operation cadence (or a business rhythm) refers to the recurring, regular, and structured business activities that occur across an organization. Typically, operational cadence is leveraged for managing execution toward an organization’s priorities, objectives, and initiatives while ensuring accountability, streamlining communication, and enabling efficient decision-making.
Connecting your Operational Cadence
To enable Cadences in your navigation panel in Brev, start by adding your calendar (and meetings) by connecting the Meeting Agent in Integrations.
Cadences Dashboard
Your Cadences Dashboard can be accessed via 'Cadences' in your left side navigation panel.
Brev organizes your meetings and recurring events from your calendar in the Cadences tab. You can also view your non-recurring events in the Meetings tab.
The toggle switch on the right side of each Cadence determines whether the Meeting Agent will be dispatched or not.
Dive into your Cadences
You can select any Cadence to open the right side panel, which displays all of the series of meetings within that Cadence. Meetings are displayed in chronological order from the meeting start time.
Meetings, Summary, and Action Items
Selecting any of the individual meetings on the right will open up that meeting's details, where you can:
See the meeting summary and action items
See the chapters and quotes from the meeting
See the meeting's alignment with your goals
After meetings are over, summaries are emailed to attendees and shared in Slack.
