Tables, callouts and toggles in every artifact
Every workspace can now build richer artifacts with tables, callouts, toggles and highlights, and auto-tracked goals refresh on the schedule you choose.
Released Nov 7, 2026 · v5.18.25 · Shared by Founding Team
New
- Richer formatting in every artifact. Type / to add a table, callout, toggle or indent, and select text to highlight it, underline it, change its colour or turn it into another block. Make a section collapsible from its ⋯ menu. Agendas and reviews read the way your team writes them.
- Choose how often an auto-tracked goal updates. When you connect a goal to a data source, pick every 30 minutes, daily or weekly, and change it later from the connection's settings. Match each goal to how often its numbers really move.
- Copy link on any artifact or folder. Copy link is in the ⋯ menu of every artifact and folder you can open, so anyone can point a teammate to it, not only people who can share.
- Ask the Operator to connect a goal to any app. The Operator can create a goal and connect it to any app you have connected, then keep it updated. It can also add, remove and reorder key results on a view's KPI dashboard.
Improved
- Brev opens and syncs faster, especially the first time you load it.
- Pending invitations no longer take up a paid seat. Only active members count.
- Mention notifications show the text around your name, and read notifications are dimmed.
- The Jira project picker searches every project on large sites, not only the first 100.
- A newly connected goal shows that its first sync is under way.
- The Operator reports its progress accurately during long steps and keeps its answers to the point.
- Daily sync leaves a section empty when nobody answered it, and Brev messages in Slack and Teams share one tidy layout.
- The Operator's help article is rewritten and public on help.brev.io.
Fixed
- Jira goals set to update in real time never updated.
- A connection whose refresh failed could turn green again a second later.
- A declined goal import kept showing a progress bar, and Slack and Teams users could not stop an import at an open question.
- Marking a time period as current with the green check did nothing.
- Links to a section of a help article opened at the top of the page.
