What locking down does
Some meetings are sensitive. Locking one down hides it — its transcript, chapters, summary, and downstream AI insights — from everyone except a small set of people:
You (the person who locked it)
The meeting organizer
The cadence owner
Org admins
What happens to insights
Any goal and view insights that referenced the meeting are marked stale — so a locked-down meeting can't quietly keep feeding analysis elsewhere. This is reversible: you can unlock it later.
How to lock one down
Open the meeting from Cadences.
Click the lock icon in the meeting header.
Review the confirmation and click Lock down.
To reverse it, open the meeting again and unlock it.
