Brev is an operating team of agents that keeps your goals current, preps your meetings, and chases down updates for you. To switch it on, give it three things to work with — your goals, your meetings, and Slack. About five minutes, start to finish.
1) Add your goals
Brev executes against goals, so it can't do much until it has them.
What to do
Create — or import — your top goals for the quarter or month.
Give each goal a clear owner, a measurable outcome (a metric or a definition of done), and a starting status (on track / at risk / off track).
Pro tip: Use the AI Goal Coach (shown above) to pressure-test each goal against OKR best practices before you save it.
2) Connect the Meeting Agent
Brev updates goals from the context of your real work. If it can't hear your meetings, it won't have the detail it needs to generate accurate updates, surface risks, and recommend next steps.
What to do
Turn on the Brev Meeting Agent for the meetings where the work actually gets discussed.
Success check: Brev is joining the right meetings and pulling in updates that map back to your goals.
3) Connect Slack
Slack is where your team already works. Connecting it keeps Brev in your flow of work — so check-ins actually happen.
What to do
Install the Brev Slack app.
Set your check-in rhythm in Settings → Product.
That's it. These three connections are enough to see how Brev runs goals, meetings, and updates for a whole team.
