# Your next meetings in the sidebar, and goal owners you can bring in as you import

Released Oct 20, 2026 · v5.18.15 · Shared by Founding Team

The Cadences row in the sidebar now lists your upcoming meetings, and goal import can add owners who are not in Brev yet.

## New

- **Your next meetings, one click away.** Expand Cadences in the sidebar to see your meetings today and tomorrow, soonest first, with the one in progress marked live. Jump into a meeting's page from anywhere in Brev without opening the calendar first.
- **Bring goal owners in while you import.** When an imported file names owners who are not in Brev yet, invite them on the spot, or add them without sending an email and invite them later from Settings, Members. Imported goals land with the right owners from the start.
- **Edit milestones from an AI assistant.** AI assistants connected to Brev, and the Brev CLI and API, can read, add, change and remove the milestones on a KPI goal, so the milestone plan you discuss in a chat ends up on the goal.

## Improved

- Artifacts the Operator makes for you show you as the author, marked "via Operator", and appear when you filter artifacts by your name.
- General access in an artifact's Share dialog applies as soon as you pick it, with no extra save step.
- Searching in pickers ignores spaces, punctuation, case and accents, so "CoverGenius" finds "Cover Genius".
- Check-in reminders also appear in your notification bell.
- Activity on teammate profiles groups replies into threads, with Comment and React right on each card.
- Connecting a goal to an integration shows the real reason when the connection is refused, and keeps its Back and Connect buttons in view on laptop screens.
- The Operator side panel, goal quick view and meetings panel open and close the same way, artifact cards stay readable when a side panel narrows the page, and folders on the Artifacts page highlight on hover.
- The Slack help article walks through connecting Slack Enterprise Grid, with a screenshot of each Slack admin step.

## Fixed

- A large CSV or Excel goal import could stop after bringing in only some of its rows.
- Approving or cancelling a connection to Brev from an AI assistant, such as Claude, could fail with an unexpected-response error.
- The integration connect dialog could close on its own partway through, sending your typing to the page behind it.
- Meeting prep for a recurring meeting could fall back to the default layout once its last prep aged out.
- Starting a new full-page Operator chat flashed a loading screen as it moved to its own link.
