See the plan before a goal import writes anything
Bringing your goals into Brev is now a preview-then-confirm step, not a leap of faith. This release also makes the Operator steadier when connections drop and easier to get unstuck.
New
- Preview before import. Importing goals from a file shows you the plan first: goal count, time period and ownership. Nothing is created until you confirm.
- Filter suggestions when a view is empty. If your filters turn up nothing, goal views suggest filters to try and show how many goals each would surface.
- Keep templates current. Push your edits on an artifact back into the template it was created from.
- Connect your calendar from Cadences. The Cadences page shows a health-metrics preview and lets you connect Google or Outlook calendar directly, no detour through Settings.
- Request any integration. Every integration marked "Coming Soon" or "Contact us" has a Request access button.
Improved
- Teams and goal updates the Operator makes, and integrations you connect, appear immediately without a reload.
- If your connection drops mid-message, the Operator checks in with you instead of silently retrying and risking a duplicate action.
- Your open conversation with the Operator, including any goals it just created, survives a page reload.
- Starting a task that needs an integration you haven't connected shows a card that takes you straight to Integrations settings.
- Adding or removing someone from a team immediately updates which shared private goals they can see.
- The Members page has an All tab showing every member regardless of status.
- HRIS integration cards (ADP, Bamboo HR, Rippling, Workday) describe what each integration does.
- The Google Sheet picker explains why a sheet can't be selected instead of showing a technical error.
- Settings preview images load in about a second, with no blank flash.
- Dropping a file onto the collapsed Operator button tells you to open it first.
- Clearer wording across Profile settings and the Slack disconnect dialog.
Fixed
- A goal import could stall partway, silently drop a follow-up question, or misplace goals when the target time period already existed.
- The import status bar could claim you had unanswered questions when you didn't. "View goals" now always jumps to where your new goals landed.
- Bulk-deleting goals that share a subgoal now reliably removes the subgoal too.
- A status-conflict warning could show the wrong person as the author of an earlier check-in.
- Slack coworker: welcome messages could go missing after reconnecting. It also tracks acknowledgments more accurately and follows up better on short replies like "okay".
- Dropping a large image could navigate your browser tab away.
- The Settings sidebar jumped to the top when you clicked a lower menu item.
- A doubled "…" in the Operator's thinking indicator, and a few formatting glitches in goal import conversations.
