What Audit Logs show
Audit Logs record every administrative action taken in your organization — who did what, to which object, and when. It's your trail for accountability, troubleshooting, and compliance.
Find it under Settings → Audit Logs.
What each event shows
When — the timestamp of the action.
Actor — who performed it.
Action — what happened (e.g.,
goal.updated,goal.checkin_created).Entity — the object affected, with its type and ID.
Source — how it was triggered (e.g., a server action).
Status — whether it succeeded.
Filtering the log
Narrow the events with filters across the top:
Date range
Actor
Action
Entity type, or a specific entity UUID
Source
Status
Combine them to answer questions like “what changed on this goal last week?” or “everything this person did.”
